Ross Farm | New Ross, N.S

Scene: A beautiful, sunny Saturday. We're on a mini road trip with our sights set on Ross Farm. We're about 10 minutes from our destination and boom. Downpour. The rain was not letting up and you very well can't have fun at a farm when it's pouring out. We decided to drive around and wait out the rain (which took a good hour and a half) but it finally stopped. With one hour left until closing time we made our way back to the farm and had a great time. Lux realized she's not a fan of sheep and she got to plant her very own pumpkin which we get to go harvest come the fall. It was a good day.

  1. Sounds like a fun day - after the rain that is! I cannot believe how much it has been raining this summer. It's nice to see green grass, but it would be nice to be able to enjoy our short summer too haha!

  3. Oh bless Lux not liking the sheep haa! Has she met any goats before? They are more feisty. I can't wait to see photos of when you get to go harvest the pumpkin - that'll be so cool!
This place is right up my street.
